March Break 2022 Ideas in the GTA


Looking for fun ideas to keep you and your family busy during the March Break? We’ve compiled a list of ideas around the GTA that may be of interest to you. Whether you prefer staying close to home, or want to try a day trip, we’ve found activities for any type of March Break-er.

Location: Markham Fairgrounds, Markham

This event runs during the entire March Break, from 10am to 6pm daily. This indoor fun park is packed with entertainment, including amusement rides, daily performances, arts and crafts, and even a dinosaur exhibit!

Location: Home sweet home!

This is a simple and inexpensive activity that can be done right at home. Take a trip to your local dollar store or craft store and pick up a couple of canvases, paint colours and brushes. Then all you need to do is search on YouTube for a lesson that appeals to you!

Get the family outside to enjoy the fresh air! Tubing is a fun and inexpensive way to get out and enjoy some family time. Tubing can be enjoyed by all ages, and does not require any equipment as skiing and snowboarding do.

March Break is a great opportunity to get a leg up on Spring cleaning with some decluttering. Everyone in your home can tackle even just one room of the house, which will make a big difference!
